Is Taskora really free?

Yes. Every feature is free with no ads, purchases or account.

Why didn't my location reminder fire?

Check that Taskora has location access set to Always in iOS Settings, and that notifications are allowed.

How do I move my tasks to a new iPhone?

Create a backup file from the app's settings, move it to your new phone, and restore it in Taskora.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. There's no cloud sync or account, so we can't see or recover your data. Use export or backup to keep a copy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Expense Manager and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore Premium on a new phone?

Install the app with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases in the app's settings.

How often do exchange rates update?

Rates refresh automatically when you're online. You can change refresh behaviour in Settings and update manually at any time.

Does it work offline?

Yes. All unit conversions and calculators work offline. Currency conversion uses the most recently downloaded rates.

How do I restore my Premium purchase?

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.
